We assist and advise institutional and private investors with the purchase and sale of property investments, initiate and supervise sales by way of tender and advise our clients on the composition of their property portfolios. Our clients include both Dutch and foreign investors. We also regularly assist owners/occupiers in disposing of property by means of a sale-and-leaseback arrangement. We conduct a full analysis of the property, assess the leases against local and national market conditions, and in consultation with our client perform a due diligence investigation.
